I first stepped into the dojo in 2008, when I was just six years old. At the time, I was struggling with confidence after being bullied in primary school. Karate became more than just a sport for me, it gave me belief in myself, the strength to overcome challenges, and the courage to grow.

Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to this journey, achieving my 1st Dan Black Belt and competing all across the United Kingdom. I’ve trained with passionate martial artists from every corner of England, and I’ve even had the incredible opportunity to learn from some of the best instructors in Italy. Each experience has shaped me, not just as a karateka, but as a person.

What inspires me most is the idea of continual growth. I’m always working to refine my skills and deepen my understanding of karate, because I want to give the very best of myself to my training and to those I share this journey with.

Karate has transformed my life, giving me confidence, discipline, and resilience—and my goal now is to inspire others to discover the same within themselves.
